Each of these forms provides valuable information and the Registration form is needed to secure tickets and sponsorships.

As you know the annual auction and banquet is the primary fundraiser each year where the chapter raises money to support the variety of educational and humanitarian projects we are involved in.

Last year's auction and banquet proceeds supported our efforts this year in displaying our Sensory Safari Trailer throughout the community at several venues like Cabela's, Home Depot, the Society of the Blind 100 year Anniversary, and the Scott Air Force Base Handicap Childrens Day. In addition, the chapter was able to provide support to several youth based outdoors programs like the Gateway Claybusters, Strong Tower Ranch and Cross Trail Outfitters to name just a few. We need your support to continue supporting these worthwhile endeavors.
